Airforms terms of service

  1. Introduction: These terms of service ("TOS") govern your use of Airforms ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these TOS. If you do not agree to these TOS, do not use the Service.
  2. Account Creation: To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

  10. Termination: Airforms may terminate your account at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Service.
  11. Governing Law: These TOS and your use of the Service will be governed under the laws of the State of Washington, United States of America.
  12. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these TOS will be resolved through arbitration.
  13. Entire Agreement: These TOS constitute the entire agreement between you and Airforms with respect to the use of the Service.
  14. Changes to TOS: Airforms reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new TOS.
